A recipe added to Jen’s favorites in college. While it will never replace Skyline dip, this will come close.
Ingredients:
- 3 lg. cans of chicken breast (drained)
- 3/4 cup of Frank’s Hot Sauce
- 2, 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 – 2 cups of colby jack cheese
Directions:
Mix together chicken breast, Frank’s Hot Sauce, and ranch dressing in a bowl. Set aside. Spread cream cheese on the bottom of a Pyrex dish. Pour mixture on top and spread evenly. Sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake for twenty (20) minutes at 350 degrees.
Serve with fritos or tortilla chips.
