Ingredients:
- salt
- roast pork center cut
- 1 onion, chopped
- carrots
- celery
- paprika
- caraway seed
- water
Directions:
Salt the meat, put in roasting pan. Add to the pan, onion, carrots, and celery. Cover meat with paprika and caraway seed and add some water to the pan. Now cover the roasting pan and bake at 300 degrees for an hour and a half. After an hour and a half, take cover off and turn meat on the other side. Add a little more paprika. Once you think this side is done then turn over again and let the right side brown.
