Shredded Turkey

Ingredients:

  • turkey, rubbed with poultry seasoning
  • 1 lg. can of cream of chicken soup
  • broth of turkey
  • roasting bag
  • milk
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Bake turkey in a roasting bag as directed on turkey package. When turkey is done poke a small hole in the bag and drain broth into a bowl. Put cream of chicken soup in a bowl. Fill can 1/4 up with turkey broth. Then fill the rest of the can with milk. Then add to soup and mix well.

Shred turkey and pour soup mixture over turkey. Mix together. Reheat if needed. Place on sandwich bun if you like.
