Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Bob Evans Italian Roll Sausage
- 2 – 14 oz. jars of pizza sauce
- 2 cups (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 12 oz. wide noodles, cooked according to package directions
- 6 oz. sliced pepperoni
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Crumble sausage into medium skillet; cook over medium heat until browned, stirring occasionally. Remove sausage and drain on paper towels. In large, lightly greased casserole dish, layer on-half noodles, one half sausage, and one half remaining ingredients. Repeat with second layer of noodles, then sausage and remaining ingredients, reserving several pepperoni slices to garnish top. Bake thirty-five (35) to forty (40) minutes. Serve immediately. Refrigerate leftovers.
