Ingredients:
- 2 – 8 oz. packages of cream cheese
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- 2 cups of shredded sharp cheese
- 4 tablespoons of green onions chopped
- 1 lb. of crisp bacon slices crumbled
- 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
Directions:
Combine cream cheese and mayo, well. Add cheese and onion mix. Spoon into 9″ deep pie plate (or quiche dish). Sprinkle with combined bacon and cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for fifteen (15) minutes. Serve with crackers.
