Ingredients:
- 1 lg. round steak cut in small strips
- 1/4 cup butter
- small can mushrooms (optional)
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2.5 teaspoon flour
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
In butter, brown meat in skillet, push to one side and add mushrooms and onion. Cook until tender but not brown. Dissolve bouillon cubes into two (2) cups of boiling water. In a separate bowl, blend flour into sour cream, then add bouillon to mixture. Stir well then add liquid mixture to meat. Salt and pepper to taste, serve over rice or buttered noodles.
