Baked Potato Salad

Ingredients:

  • 8 medium potatoes (broiled, peeled, and cubed)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1 lb. cubed Velvetta
  • 1/2 cup black olives
  • 1/2 lb. of bacon
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Mix, and then spread in casserole dish. Cover with 1/2 cup of black olives and 1/2 lb. of diced and fried bacon. Bake at 350 degrees for forty (40) minutes.
