Ingredients:
- 8 medium potatoes (broiled, peeled, and cubed)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1 lb. cubed Velvetta
- 1/2 cup black olives
- 1/2 lb. of bacon
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Mix, and then spread in casserole dish. Cover with 1/2 cup of black olives and 1/2 lb. of diced and fried bacon. Bake at 350 degrees for forty (40) minutes.
