Ingredients:
- 1.5 lbs. round steak
- 1 lb. pork steak
- Extra large celery
- 6 large onions
- 1 large can bean sprouts
- 1 large can mushrooms
- Soy sauce (about 1/2 cup, you can add more later)
Directions:
Dice meat in small cubes. Chop celery and onions. Throughly brown meat in margarine, while meat is frying, in another deep pot out all of the celery and onions. When meat is done put it in with the celery and onions. Now add the bean sprouts, mushrooms, and soy sauce. Cover the pot and let it cook with the cover over the pot for about (1) one hour or until the meat and celery are tender. You might have to add a little water and soy sauce if you don’t have enough juice.
