Ingredients:
- 3 sm. packages of (Buddig brand works best) dried corn beef
- 10 slices American cheese
- 10 slices of swiss cheese
- 1 sm. can of chopped black olives
- 1 (1 lb.) can sauerkraut (drained)
- 1 cup mayo
- Party rye bread
Directions:
Chop beef and cheeses and crumble in corningware bowl. Mix with olives. Add mayo and sauerkraut. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 30 minutes. Spread on rye bread and serve.
