Reuben Dip

Ingredients:

  • 3 sm. packages of (Buddig brand works best) dried corn beef
  • 10 slices American cheese
  • 10 slices of swiss cheese
  • 1 sm. can of chopped black olives
  • 1 (1 lb.) can sauerkraut (drained)
  • 1 cup mayo
  • Party rye bread

Directions:

Chop beef and cheeses and crumble in corningware bowl. Mix with olives. Add mayo and sauerkraut. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 30 minutes. Spread on rye bread and serve.
