Ingredients:

• 8 oz. cream cheese
• 1/2 (8 oz. sour cream)
• Butter
• Garlic salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Make mashed potatoes as usual. Add ingredients to mashed potatoes. Mix. Butter the casserole dish. Make at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
