Best used on top of Angel Food Cake. 

Ingredients:

• 6 tbsp. butter
• 1 1/4 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 4 cups powdered sugar
• 2 egg whites
• 1 to 2 squares of unsweetened chocolate
• 2 to 3 tbsp milk

Directions:

Mix first three ingredients. Add in one cup of powdered sugar at at time. Add remaining. Mix until fluffy.
