Serves 10.
Ingredients:
- 3 lbs. Bob Evans original sausage
- 3 lbs. ground beef
- 2 bundles of celery – chopped
- 7 to 8 onions
- 2 boxes of unsalted Premium crackers
- 1 can of Carnation milk
- 2 cups of 2% milk
- 5 eggs
- Garlic salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Chop onions and celery and cook with butter on stovetop until soft and creamy. Place in bowl and set aside. Cook sausage and ground beef on stovetop and drain. Add cooked meat to the celery and onion mixture. Crush crackers and set aside in bowl. Heat up 2% milk. Mix eggs in a separate bowl. Once heated put heated milk and can of Carnation milk to the cracker mixture. Add eggs to cracker mixture. Once mixed, mix all ingredients in the same bowl. Garlic salt and pepper to taste.
Place in turkey.
