Because there is always room for Jell-o.

Ingredients:

• 9 x 9 pan (spray with PAM)
• 1 small package of Jell-O any color
• 1/2 cup water
• 1 1/2 cups of marshmallows

Directions:

Mix jello and water and microwave for 1.5 minutes to dissolve jello and stir. Add marshmallows and put into microwave for 1 minute. Stir until smooth. Put into pan and refrigerate for 45 minutes or more. When ready to serve, pull out of pan and roll into a log, and cut slices.
