Flank Steak

Made famous to me by my old suite mate Matt Weissmann, man can cook!

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs flank steak
  • Bottle of KC Masterpiece Honey Teriyaki
  • 1 white onion
  • Minced garlic

Process:

Score the meat, chop onions and put into plastic ziplock bag. Place the meat in the bag and add one (1) tablespoon of garlic. Add teriyaki sauce until it covers the meat (about half a bottle). Let marinate for about three (3) hours.

Cook on grill on low. May want to spray the grill with PAM for easy flipping. Take meat out of bag, and save mixture. Cook for ten (10) to fifteen (15) minutes and flip. Pour remaining marinade in the bag on the new side of the meat. Repeat five to six times until meat is cooked. Will take about an hour. When you think the meat is just about done do not add any more mixture.
