Egg Casserole

Perfect breakfast food for large crowds that you can pre-make.

Ingredients:

  • 3 or 4 slices of bread
  • 1 dozen eggs
  • 1 lb. sausage, bacon or ham
  • 2 cups of milk
  • Salt and pepper
  • 3 to 4 oz. of grated cheddar cheese

Directions:

Butter 9 x 13 inch casserole dish, and line with 3-4 pieces of bread. Beat the eggs and milk together. Add cheese to the mixture and then crumble in the meat. Pour over bread and refrigerate overnight.

Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for approximately 40 minutes, until knife is clean. Cut into squares and serve.
