Chicken Roll-Ups

Midwest comfort food.

Ingredients:

  • 2 skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz. crescent rolls
  • 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 4 slices of American cheese

Directions:

Boil chicken for forty (40) to forty-five (45) minutes until done. Cool. Heat soup and milk until done. Separate and lay crescent rolls flat, place 1 large tablespoons of chicken on the wide end of the roll. Lay half a slice of cheese on top of the roll.

Put a thin covering of soup on the bottom of a 9×13 pan. Place rolls in a pan. Put another thin layer of soupe on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for fifteen (15) to twenty (20) minutes.
