For bonding time with dad. My dad and I make what feels like hundreds of these every holiday, and I will always remember that.
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. of smooth peanut butter
- 3 lbs. of confectious sugar
- 1 lbs. of butter
- 24 oz of chocolate chips
- 1 bar paraffin wax
Directions:
Mix the first three (3) ingredients and roll into balls on baking sheet. Place baking sheet (use wax paper to avoid sticking) in refrigerator to chill. While chilling place last two ingredients into a double boiler, stirring until smooth. Use a toothpick to dip balls into chocolate and place in refrigerator to harden. Once hardened, smooth over toothpick hole, and place into tin to share.
