BBQ Pork Ribs

Cincinnati favorite, yes I believe these are better than Montgomery Inn.

Ingredients:

  • pork ribs
  • Kroger BBQ seasoning
  • balsamic vinegar
  • Montgomery Inn BBQ sauce

Process:

Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Slice slab of ribs into pieces with three (3) or four (4) bones in each. Brush each piece (front, back and edges) with balsamic vinegar. After vinegar covers each piece shake a generous amount of bbq rub on each piece (front, back and edges).

Place ribs in a covered roasting pan. Place roasting pan in the oven for four (4) to five (5) hours. Ribe are fully cooked when fork goes through mean fairly easily. When ribs are cooked take out of the oven and let cool while still in covered roasting pan.

When ribs are fully cooled place on cookie sheet and cover with foil and place in refrigerator. When ready to eat, place ribs on grill and baste with bbq sauce while they warm up. Honey BBQ or Montgomery Inn are favorites.
